Tue weekday evening course, max 6 birthing pairs
Service Description
A 4-week (10 hour) in person course covering complete antenatal education, hypnobirthing techniques, birth mindset, advocacy skills and advanced biomechanics for birth (active birth) techniques. This course will provide you with a community of parents for support, but it is SO MUCH MORE than NCT :) One booking = access for you + one birth partner/support person
